Happy Halloween!

Hi, peeps!

Halloween's here! And what better game for the Halloween month than Majora's Mask? (Maybe other than Castlevania, now that I think of it...) This time, I've just made a little Majora-themed doodle page...this was initially going to be a bigger post, but for some reason I couldn't upload the two other pictures I made, even though I converted them to JPGs. -_-; Oh well.

That's Deku Link, Tatl, Skull Kid, Zora Link, the Happy Mask Salesman, and some other familiar faces and objects -- drawn with my favorite trusty manga pen, of course. ^_^ Perhaps I should work on making the Goron Mask's eyes smaller.

I'll be working on some more fanart, or at least as much as my school schedule will allow for (there will be bigger pieces in the future, promise!). But speaking of school, I can never fully agree with my teachers (even though they're all really cool) when they say that gaming isn't educational. Why, from Zelda alone I've learned that magic is real, that cutting grass will instantly supply you with cash (and explosives!), that Ganon/Ganondorf will never go away no matter how many stinking times you defeat him, and that you should never ever hit a chicken with your sword because it will try to kill you or at the very least injure you for life. See? Totally educational. (Just kidding; I agree with my teachers.)

Perhaps I'd better think about fixing this "sarcastic streak" my parents keep talking about.

Happy Halloween!

An Interesting Post...

 Hello, everyone!

Here's a little something I carved out of a piece of wood I found... it's my first carving, so I'm excited to show it!

The Deku Shield from Ocarina of Time. The light really picked up the scratches...shoot. ^_^;

So, short but sweet...I realized while looking through my sketchbooks that I have a bunch of game-related art that I didn't think about posting, so maybe I'll compile all that into a single post in the future. Until then, over and out!

Inkscape Navi

Hello again!

Here's Navi the Fairy from Ocarina of Time...drawn in Inkscape! This is the first Inkscape picture I've posted, so I was really pumped to show it!

I'll bet there are a bajillion other pictures like this out there...but hey. She's cute, fun, simple (so it's easier to draw her without a tablet or anything too fancy), and makes my blog look sooooo professional! ^_^ That's right, peeps, no cameras or cheap scanners used on THIS puppy! Haha.

Wolf Link--Twilight Princess

Hi, everybody!

Goodness, it's been at least 3 months since I last posted. Seriously, people, there is something wrong with that. Well, guess I've just gotta draw more...

Alrighty, here we are with a ballpoint pen drawing of wolf Link from Twilight Princess!
Here we are! Mostly this drawing was focused on making his fur look glossy, although I realize I neglected to add his scar/birthmark thing on his side! Whoops, didn't know if it was on both sides or only one anyway. Never played the game. ^_^
I plan on posting more in the future! See ya...

Least Favorite Veggie...?

Hey there!

School's out (finally!) so here's something I doodled last night for the 29th anniversary of Kid Icarus! (December 19)

Yeah, we all hate eggplants in Kid Icarus. ^_^ That sounds really weird if you haven't played the game...hmm. If the text on the page destroys your eye capillaries, I apologize. I hate scanning and so I use a camera. ^_^;

Happy Veterans' Day!

Hi there! It's been over a month, so here's something I enjoyed drawing last night...

Again, this is the Princess of Moonbrooke from Dragon Warrior II; I can't stop drawing her! I also just watched the Hobbit lately, so the whole "armor look" is fresh on my mind. ^_^
Happy Veterans' Day!

Late post...^_^;

     Alrighty, here I am again, after a long absence...I was going to post this on the Zelda anniversary, which was eight days ago, but it ended up taking a while (thanks a lot, homework). Oh well. I guess it's actually posting that counts.

     So then, here's Link from A Link to the Past, walking home from a good long day of farming with his.......identical twin!

OH, actually I meant to say his uncle, who is apparently a mix of Mario and Santa Claus. Family resemblance? Zero.

Happy belated birthday, Link! <(`~`)> (In case you're wondering, that is a Tingle emoticon. That's right, people. Relevant and creepy!)
